Hand is for size scale.Baby sized tacos,burnt meat as you can see in the picture thought would give a try but its Tonitos on Ganson St. for now on for true Mexican food

Ordered it through Doordash. It was outstanding! delicious price was good and portions were great. They made sure to include all the sides and silverware to use them. The food again was great. I am looking forward to the end of this stay at home order so I may go and enjoy the food the best way possible.

Food was not near as good as it was before changing location, and the size of the corn tortilla shells were much smaller in size than before. I always had great things to say about Casa Rodriguez, but no longer and I do not plan on returning.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CASA RODRIGUEZ!! Great food and now they offer Cerveszas. Delicioso!!

Cheese came out in a lump. Server was nice, but we had to ask for refills for chips and water. Fajitas were alright but nothing to rave about. We ate at 8:15 and my husband and I don’t get to go out to eat very often and they were putting all the chairs up on the tables. Apparently they close at 9. We will not be back. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was a huge disappointment. Cash only and no soda machine. Leak in the roof. Chairs were put on the tables with the feet on top of the tables 🤮.

Food and service was good, but the room was too cold to be able to enjoy ourselves. The thermostat was set at 65, and the actual temperature was 64. I don't want to wear my coat, eating out in a restaurant!

Awful awful awful. The wait staff was horrible, our food was horrible, and the wait to get our food was ridiculous.

Tacos are on the high end of good; quesadillas are excellent; chorizo is spicy; chips are good, mild salsa good, spicy salsa excellent but quite warm.

All around great Mexican food! Service was great as well! Will definitely be back!

Chicken Fajitas where very good and plenty to eat. Chicken Tortilla soup pretty darn good also. No Margarita's yet but plenty of beers. Check it out, I liked it!

Came to town.havent seen sister in 8 yrs.Wanted to have a nice dinner.Just got food and staff started cleaning and making so much noise we had to leave.It was terrible.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLACE IN JACKSON. Seriously. I’m a recent Downriver-grown transplant here in J-town and you guys don’t have the greatest restaurants 😅 but Casa Rodriguez is FIRE. Good portions, quality authentic Mexican, great chips n guac/salsa, everything. They only have a small window of delivery on DoorDash so whenever I see them I just order automatically. I don’t order Mexican anywhere else here cause I know it’ll disappoint me. You get a ton of food for the modest price and everything is just quality. I always get the steak Mexican tacos, chips n guac, pork tamales, and a chorizo and potato quesadilla. It tastes great heated up, especially the quesadilla! I promise I am not sponsored but I did a very happy dance when I sat down to eat just now. Ima finish my food. Order from Casa Rodriguez!!!!!

The fajita chimichanga was so good that I ate too much and the margarita was one of the best I've had. Highly recommended!

Real Mexican food and very good. Also kind and helpful waitresses would recommend to.stop in and try.

Wet burritos were very good.

The salsa was good with a little bite. The food was average Mexican food with decent presentation. Refried beans were very soupy. The service was slow. Not sure if we will make the trip back for another try.

I really like the food, but they seem to be very short on staff every time I have been there. The staff is very friendly but it takes them a long time to take your order or check on you. Also, the temperature in the building is too cold for me.

Okay everyone, I'm not sure what the low ratings are representing, but we had a really good experience at Casa Rodriguez. Food was good, prices were good and my waitress Amy, checked on us regularly. Will come again. Highly recommend.

Looking for a lunch spot while in the area for work and discovered Casa Rodriguez. Got the Mexican tacos and I was surprised at how great they are! Service, prices, etc. are all great too.

It was really nice, sat by the fire for an early lunch. The food was good and the staff very nice. By the time we left, the lunch crowd was coming. Oh and they now have liquor for the margarita...if you choose

Great place for authentic Mexican food.very warm and clean. Fast, friendly service. Brought a couple friends. Loved the food and the atmosphere. Great place to bring friends or a date. An extensive menu including a variety of Harritos sodas.Not sure on alcholic beverages, didn't order any. Tell ' em Dave sent you.

Good food good service decent location

Our waitress got yelled at by the bar infront of a full restaurant. We had our order taken 2 times, I had asked for extra guacamole as she handed me my plate and she never came back even though she went to the kitchen about 7 times and still handed us our bill with no extra guacamole, my chicken was dry in my quesadilla. Was not happy with my first time at this restaurant!!

The mild salsa is better than the hot IMHO. The Consume de Pollo is very good even if it does have broccoli. The Verde sauce can run to the very spicy side but is good. Been to the new spot on Airport several times now. Haven't found anything I didn't like. Probably the best Mexican food in Jackson.

Great food, usually lunch once a week, tonight stopped in with wife. Very convenient.

Ordered take out on Cinco De Mayo at about 5:30 or so. The line got disconnected the first time trying to order. We sat in the parking lot for curbside pickup for about 40 minutes or so. Our order was quite large, and we knew it would be busy so we got there a little early. There were missing sour cream with the tacos, and missing beans with the other meals. The steak was not seasoned, and the tacos were tiny. They looked a lot bigger in the pictures, but a normal person could eat 4 or 5 easily. The food was just honestly a bit underwhelming, and for the price not good at all. Portions were small and sloppy, and there seemed to be no care with how they were put together. Again, overall underwhelming.
